Cancellation
Cancellation or changes to the reservation up to 30 days prior to arrival date: free of charge. Cancellation or changes to the reservation up to 7 days prior to arrival date: 70 per cent of the total reservation amount will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled or changed after such deadline or in the event of no show, 90 per cent of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Extra bed

We are not suitable for children under the age of 6.
Children age 6: 50% of the room rate/person/night for an extra bed.
Children age 6-12: 70% of the room rate/person/night for an extra bed.
Teens age 12-15: 80% of the room rate/person/night for an extra bed.
Youngsters over 15 years of age or third adult: 100% of the room rate/person/night for an extra bed.

Advance payment

An advance payment of 30% of the total price per room is required to confirm the reservation.
